About the Role:

As an entrepreneur, you will own one of the most growing and promising markets. You will hire and grow the local team, enabling them to expand the region by closing new accounts and accelerating our motion within the existing base. You will establish and maintain the senior level connections to ensure Camunda’s regional success. You will also ensure the alignment of the region with Camunda’s FAITH values.

What you'll be doing:

  • Growing the Team: identify, recruit, hire and coach AEs coming from a consultative/value selling sales background

  • Setting up a local eco-system: build out the strategy for selling and delivering value with partners.

  • Establish the Enterprise selling motion leveraging MEDDPICC as a framework for success.

  • Industry & Product Expertise: display thought leadership and deep understanding of the local buying process, product value and the reasons why our customers use Camunda to manage their most critical business processes. Partner with our internal cross-functional teams to identify, build and deploy new solutions, product functionality and pricing strategies that accelerate revenue.

  • Operational Excellence: maintain accurate forecasting (weekly, quarterly, annual) at the manager and AE level + maintain proper Salesforce hygiene across your team (opportunity stages, account plans, contract values and win/loss data).

What you bring:

  • Ability and/or willingness to use our product.

  • 3+ years MEA Enterprise software sales leadership

  • A track record of leading sales team to overachievement against ambitious revenue booking targets

  • Development of AE performance and personal growth, within a culture of ownership and accountability.

  • Ability to conduct C-level meetings and presenting at events on our solution and value propositions

  • Managing to MEDDICC and related value-selling methodologies

  • Proactive, you match our FAITH values and have a humble yet strong management style committed to the success of company

  • Fluency in Arabic and English

What We Have to Offer:

Compensation

We offer competitive, fair, and transparent compensation. Salary ranges are location-based, with Standard and Major markets (global tech hubs) reflecting local competition.

The Annual Total Target Cash (base salary + 100% variable target, where applicable) shown below spans from the minimum in a Standard market to the maximum in a Major market. Final offers depend on skills, experience, and location, and we typically hire in the first half of the range to allow room for growth:

  • United States: $292,000.00 to $470,900.00

  • Germany: €188,700.00 to €312,100.00

  • United Kingdom: £183,400.00 to £301,600.00

  • Singapore: S$362,700.00 to S$544,000.00

If you’re based elsewhere, you’ll be hired via Remote.com (our global employer partner), and your Talent Acquisition Partner will provide a personalized Total Rewards Calculator after your first interview.

Equity: We also offer equity (where applicable) through our Virtual Stock Option Plan (VSOP).
