Key responsibilities:

  • Define and deploy media strategies (digital, traditional, etc.) for MEA Markets in order to develop brand awareness with distinctive high reach.

  • Manage Retail Media, efficiently optimizing non-working media, optimizing media costs across 5 major markets

  • Manage and orchestrate the agency ecosystem at the regional and local level – across (Production, Social, Influencers & Connected Commerce)

  • Manage Budgets and Governance of spend as per guidelines.

  • Role overlooks and handles all categories (Chocolate, gum, confectionary, pet and Kind)

  • Define, observe, codify, share and re-apply best media practices across markets and regions.

  • Define terms of engagement and contract with local and regional media partners

  • Manages Senior Level stakeholders internally and externally organization to drive effective engagement and business performance

  • Partners with Demand Leadership team to drive overall growth agenda of MEA. Has in-depth knowledge in own discipline and basic knowledge of related disciplines

Key Requirements:

--Has in-depth knowledge in own discipline and basic knowledge of related disciplines

--The holder comes with extensive experience in Media field – preferably agency background [Planning & commercial]) / min 15 years / Middle East Experience in Dubai and GCC.
