What you’ll be doing

• Educational Qualification: A bachelor's/master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field, with minimum for 7+ years of experience.
• Platform Design & Development – Design and build scalable platforms using React.js, Node.js, Next.js, Java Spring Boot, and microservices, owning the full lifecycle from design to deployment.
• Data & Integration – Design data models using SQL and NoSQL databases, and build content platforms .
• Cloud Platform – Build, deploy, and manage AWS services (ECS/Fargate, Lambda, EKS, API Gateway, DynamoDB, ElastiCache) using infrastructure as code.
• Quality & Security – Set engineering standards through code reviews, secure coding, and API security practices.
• Testing & Performance – Write automated tests and monitor platform health to ensure reliability and speed, optional – RPA with Playwright skill sets.
• Collaboration & Mentorship – You will mentor developers and work closely with architects, product owners, DevOps, QA, and business teams.

Essential Skills / Experience

• Core Technologies – Hands-on experience with Java Spring Boot, Netflix Conductor, React.js, Node.js, Next.js, microservices, and REST API development.
• Database Management – Experience with SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (DynamoDB, MongoDB) databases.
• Cloud & DevOps – Strong proficiency in AWS (ECS/Fargate, Lambda, EKS, DynamoDB, ElastiCache), CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CloudFormation), and containerization.
• Collaboration & Leadership – You will communicate clearly across teams and mentor junior developers.
