About the role

Delivering quality digital features and solutions for our customers is at the heart of everything we do. As a Software Engineering Professional, you will be a single point of contact responsible for delivering the changes and fixing issues raised by customers across Corporate Units. The purpose of the role is to interact with stakeholders on a regular basis, to map and understand their requirements keeping the outcome for the business in mind. All delivered in sprints!

What you’ll be doing

• Gather and report detailed performance data against key indicators, to generate actionable improvements to the quality of service offered.
• Keep up to date with latest technology, software development technologies and methodologies
• Promote resilience and responsiveness in the organisation by being open and honest about challenges, and the actions required to address unexpected developments.
• Identify, manage and seek to resolve technical risks and issues against business requirements.
• Proactively drive innovation, with new ideas and options made available by new technology and process.
• Deliver solution following Software Delivery Lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
• Support Automation Control Tower in Dev Ops Model.
• Proven experience in identifying, evaluating, and developing effective procedures and systems requirements that meet business requirements.
• Experience in developing applications from scratch.
• Experience in working with Agile tools like JIRA, Confluence etc.

Essential Skills / Experience

• Creative problem solver, able to build contingency plans and handle stressful situation with professionalism.
• Understanding of JIRA, REACT, Confluence and dashboarding technologies.
• Desirable Skills:
• Low-code/no-code app development
• AI-ML, LLM, RAG
• Agentic AI (Workflows like n8n/zappier, and Open Source), MS CoPilot Studio
• Power platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
• Python
• Agile methodology
• Excel macro, Visual Basic
