About the role

The purpose of this role is to be responsible for the development of Robotic Process Automations using Blue Prism and complimentary technologies for Technology. The role is accountable for a delivering solutions using BluePrism and any other Microsoft based solutions.

What you’ll be doing

  • Manage the detailed tasks required to deliver high quality Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions in accordance with the agreed delivery methodology
  • Responsible for development of the solution.
  • Delivering quality automations.
  • Capturing processes and then developing solutions.
  • Supporting DevOps model of Support and delivery.
  • Creating Object libraries and showcasing repeatable solution.
  • Ensuring Blue Prism automations are cost effective and low maintenance.
  • Reporting on deliverables to stakeholders regularly appraising status and progress
  • Ensuring the Technology E2E delivery model is followed in each step of the delivery cycle to ensure the solution meets the customers need
  • Remove blockers to delivery and escalate issues when appropriate
  • Identifying risks and dependencies and effectively managing these across internal departments as necessary
  • Setting industry best practice standards and continually improving the way we work.

Essential Skills / Experience

  • BluePrism Developer (Preferred)
  • Power Automate, Power Apps and Power BI.
  • Able to develop and showcase deliverables on all versions of BluePrism.
  • Experience and knowledge of project management in a structured environment
  • An understanding of, and a willingness to adhere to, formal change control procedures and disciplines.
  • Ability to liaise with senior level stakeholder representatives in a rational and measured manner and to communicate project progress, issues, risks and solutions
  • An aptitude for problem solving, with the ability to take a logical route to the source of an error
  • Good written skills with the ability to produce clear and concise documentation
  • The aptitude to contribute to the adaption and evolution of methodologies and procedures in a controlled manner to continually improve the delivery channel
  • Background in software delivery advantageous.
  • A self-starter who delivers high quality work and can adapt to new challenges, either on their own or as part of a team.
  • AI knowledge(Open Source or Microsoft or AWS based) and Intelligent Automation experience
