What you’ll be doing

• Development – Manage the creation and deployment of web applications using React.js, Node.js, and Next.js, Jave Spring Boot owning the full software development
• Design Solutions – Build scalable software systems leveraging SQL/NoSQL database expertise and headless CMS platforms.
• Manage Cloud Services – Optimize and manage AWS services including ECS/Fargate, Lambda, and EKS for high-availability, cost-efficient deployments.
• Ensure Code Quality – Maintain high coding standards through structured code reviews, enforce best practices, and manage Git workflows and commit strategies.
• Collaborate and Mentor – Guide junior developers, provide technical mentorship, and work effectively with cross-functional teams including product, design, and DevOps.
• Testing and Optimization – Implement unit and automated testing strategies, monitor application performance, and drive continuous optimization for reliability and speed.

Essential Skills / Experience

• Educational Qualification: A bachelor's/master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field, with a minimum of 3+ years of experience.
• Core Technologies – Hands-on experience with React.js, Node.js, Next.js, microservices, and REST API development, Java Spring Boot.
• Database Management – Experience with SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (DynamoDB, MongoDB) databases.
• Cloud & DevOps – Hands on experience in AWS (ECS/Fargate, Lambda, EKS, DynamoDB, ElastiCache), CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Pulumi), and containerization.
• Collaboration & Leadership – You will communicate clearly across teams and mentor junior developers.
