About the role

As an OMNet-Entuity Senior resource, you will be Committed for Enabling and operating network monitoring for large scale enterprise and hybrid infrastructures. The role focuses on Interpreting, monitoring, and reporting across multiple network technologies, including SD WAN platforms, as well as leveraging API driven automation to enhance observability and operational efficiency. This position offers the opportunity to work with cutting edge network monitoring technologies in a dynamic and evolving environment, Enabling mission critical infrastructures and driving continuous improvement in monitoring and reporting capabilities.

What you’ll be doing

  • Manage and support Entuity network monitoring platforms across enterprise and hybrid environments.
  • Monitor network performance, availability, and capacity across multi-vendor infrastructures.
  • Configure, maintain, and optimize monitoring tools, dashboards, alerts, and reporting systems.
  • Support integration of monitoring platforms with ITSM, automation, and analytics tools.
  • Coordinate software upgrades, licensing, cybersecurity compliance, and vendor management activities.
  • Lead implementation of AI-driven solutions for network analytics, Data driven, monitoring, automation, and operational assurance.
    Identify opportunities to leverage AI/ML technologies to improve monitoring accuracy, incident management, and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with IT, engineering, and digital teams to deploy AI-enabled dashboards and intelligent monitoring solutions.
  • Develop AI-assisted reporting, analytics, and compliance monitoring systems.
  • Support implementation of Generative AI solutions for technical documentation, troubleshooting guidance, and knowledge management
  • Ensure governance, compliance, and assurance requirements are embedded within monitoring and operational workflows.
  • Monitor KPIs related to network availability, performance, risk, compliance, and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure secure management of operational and monitoring data.
  • Support audits, quality reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Drive innovation and process optimization initiatives across network monitoring and assurance functions.
  • Evaluate emerging AI and monitoring technologies and recommend implementation strategies.
  • Implement lessons learned and continuous improvement programs

Essential Skills / Experience

  • 8–15 years of experience in network monitoring, engineering tools management, assurance systems, or technology implementation.
  • Strong experience with Entuity network monitoring platforms in enterprise environments.
  • Strong in networking fundamentals including:
    TCP/IP
    SNMP
    VLANs
    Routing & Switching
  • Experience working in multi-vendor environments including:
    Cisco
    Juniper
    Aruba
    Palo Alto
    F5
  • Hands-on experience with REST APIs, JSON, and authentication methods.
  • Experience with AI, automation, analytics, or digital transformation initiatives.
  • Familiarity with engineering workflows, quality systems, and enterprise integrations.
  • Understanding of ITIL processes and service management practices. Strong skills in:
    Governance and compliance
    Risk and quality management
    Stakeholder communication and leadership
    Process optimization and innovation
    AI and automation implementation
    Engineering and assurance tools management

Good to Have

  • Experience with cloud and hybrid networking environments:
    AWS
    Microsoft Azure
    Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
  • Experience with SD-WAN technologies.
  • Knowledge of scripting or automation tools such as Python, PowerShell, or Ansible.
  • Relevant certifications such as:
    ITIL
    Cisco/Meraki Certifications
    Cloud Certifications (AWS/Azure/GCP)
