The programme is a critical enabler to maximise Capex and ROI outcomes for the business, ensuring future products are standardised and delivering next-generation customer experiences.

What you’ll be doing

• Develop an end-to-end, multi year programme delivery model, balancing hybrid & agile working, clearly mapping route through from capability investment to product launches to business outcomes
• Ultimate accountability and direct line management responsibility for up to 4 project managers responsible for delivery of milestones on time, within budget and to agreed quality standards
• Consult closely with Product Managers and Project Managers to identify and communicate product roadmap trade offs
• Ensure robust risk controls and governance in place to achieve commercial outcomes
• Closely manage complex stakeholder engagement across BLT, programme sponsor and CEX, Sales and Service channels.

• Stakeholder influence and decision-making:
Strong communication and influencing skills, with the confidence to cut through complexity, challenge constructively, and shape decisions with senior stakeholders up to Senior Leadership Team level.
• Collaborative team leadership and delivery mindset:
Ability to lead, coach and develop project teams, create a culture of continuous learning, and maintain momentum in challenging delivery and stakeholder environments.

Desirable Skills / Experience

Experience you would be expected to have:

• Experienced capability manager and/or project manager and/or strategic planning & governance manager
• Demonstrated ability to partner with executive level stakeholders – strong influencing ability to drive high impact decision making
• Deep familiarity with digital platforms and portfolio management tools to drive innovation

• Coaching and developing of project management team
• Personal resilience to continue to deliver in challenging stakeholder environment
