Sales Specialist (Future Voice & Unified Comms)

Why this job matters

The Future Voice & Unified Comms Sales Specialist supports the accounts teams in the Major and Major Development accounts within the private sector in Corporate and Public Sector (CPS) NI, helping drive our strategy of IP migration and future voice applications.

You will be an integral part of the account team; proposing, pricing and delivering UC Voice solutions to the defined customer base, which in turn will support delivering of GM and volume targets.

What you’ll be doing

• Manages, delivers, and exceeds all sales targets, based on SOV GM and total revenue for a defined base of customers across the region.
• Builds solutions that meet and exceed customers business needs, delivering ROI and that are most profitably built for BT.
• Maintains a broad architectural knowledge and has opinions on leading and emerging technologies of UC, VOIP, and Contact Centre, using this to influence both customers and internal stakeholders.
• Creates incremental sales opportunities across the EE and BT portfolio and develops pipeline in conjunction with your affiliated account managers.
• Successfully develops and drives sales plans with account managers, using agreed methodologies, to retain existing BT business and develop and grow new revenue for BT.
