  • Build and manage consultative relationships with councils, landowners and external partners, guiding them through the end-to-end deployment process.
  • Coordinate and track special projects (e.g. major events and high-profile sites), ensuring clear project plans, milestones and stakeholder engagement.
  • Maintain strong senior-level relationships across BT/EE and other mobile network operators to support a shared infrastructure and neutral host approach.
  • Monitor progress against agreed plans and commercial targets, escalating risks and issues and driving actions to keep deployments on track.

Experience Required

• Proven experience in the mobile industry or a closely related telecoms environment.
• Experience in winning sales, either as part of an account team or as the sole point of contact closing contracts.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets with accurate forecasting and consistent delivery.
• Knowledge & good understanding of telecoms site acquisition, land and property negotiations, or planning and partnerships (e.g. councils, real estate development, land acquisition).
• Commercial understanding, including pricing models and business cases, and experience of project planning and delivery.
• Able to lead complex negotiations, contract formation and contract negotiations
