As a QA professional, you will work in a fast‑paced, time‑critical, and continuously evolving environment. Your primary responsibility is to identify and minimize risks, ensuring our products are reliable, stable, and ready for release with confidence.
You will collaborate closely with cross‑functional stakeholders and act as a key guardian of quality throughout the project lifecycle. This role requires developing deep product understanding and becoming a subject matter expert—not only in QA practices but also in the finer details of the domain. Your insights, recommendations, and expertise will play a crucial role in driving informed decisions and maintaining high-quality standards.
What you’ll be doing
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including software developers, BAs and product managers, to interpret the requirements, approval criteria, and user stories.
• Collaborating with testers, Delivery Managers, and Product Owners to ensure risks are effectively addressed throughout project delivery.
• Writing clear and comprehensive test estimates, planning, scheduling, and reporting.
• Work closely with the Test Manager to improve the team’s processes and oversee progress being made.
• Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews, to ensure alignment with project timelines and deliverables.
• Taking a lead role within a squad’s day to day activities.
• Assessing business specification documents, assisting in Test Plans, Test Strategy, Test Scope and defining Test Cases
• Remain focused on continuous improvement of quality assurance process and be actively involved in the fine-tuning to optimize QA results.
• Ability to interpret functional requirements and design documents and to work in a team-oriented environment
• Performing automation led quality assurance.
• Hands-on experience in using tools such as Blazemeter, Jira.
• Assist management in the planning & preparation of upcoming Projects.
• Provide feedback on PoCs done to improve the testing process.

The skills you’ll need to succeed
• Relevant work experience in a testing role and knowledge on the QA Agile Methodologies (Culture, Tools, Process), SDLC, Boards (Scrum, Kanban), JIRA software, Confluence, Dashboards, Reporting
• Strong proficiency in automation testing tools and frameworks, such as Python using Pytest framework.
• Keeping calm under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to manage multiple diverse projects simultaneously.
• Strong Collaborative skills with proficiency at grasping new functional concepts and a fast learner.
• Problem solving. Thinking of solutions to issues that may occur during the release cycle.
• Readiness in asking questions and engaging in continuous learning.
• Experience using Jira, Confluence, ALM, and Citrix.
• Knowledge on Accessibility Testing tools for Mobile Apps
Experience you’d be expected to have
• Proficient in Python, Cucumber‑BDD, and GitLab.
• Hands-on experience with remote cloud-based testing platforms such as Perfecto, BrowserStack, HeadSpin, or similar tools.
• Skilled in API testing using BlazeMeter and Postman, with a strong understanding of HTTP methods.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Highly proactive self‑starter with effective planning and time‑management capabilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver within tight deadlines.
• Experience in conversational AI and chatbot testing, including chat-based interaction validation.
• ISTQB Foundation Certified.
• Good understanding of the Telecom domain.
• Demonstrated experience and interest in chatbot testing and related automation.
