Job Description

We help the world run better
At SAP, we keep it simple: you bring your best to us, and we'll bring out the best in you. We're builders touching over 20 industries and 80% of global commerce, and we need your unique talents to help shape what's next. The work is challenging – but it matters. You'll find a place where you can be yourself, prioritize your wellbeing, and truly belong. What's in it for you? Constant learning, skill growth, great benefits, and a team that wants you to grow and succeed.

What You'll Build

Quality assurance is the cornerstone of successful enterprise cloud transformations. As organizations transition from legacy SAP ECC systems to modern S/4HANA Cloud platforms, ensuring data integrity, system reliability, and seamless migration processes becomes paramount. You'll be at the forefront of building comprehensive quality frameworks that validate intelligent data management solutions, assess AI-powered automation systems, and guarantee that thousands of customers worldwide can confidently migrate on clean, transformation-ready data. From designing automated test suites that validate data quality KPIs to evaluating AI-generated remediation recommendations, you'll establish the quality standards that define product excellence. This role goes beyond traditional testing - you'll shape quality practices, mentor team members on testing methodologies, and drive the evolution of quality engineering in an AI-powered data management platform that serves enterprise customers globally.

Responsibilities

· Lead and coordinate quality assurance activities across multiple international development teams, ensuring consistent quality standards and practices

· Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and test cases for cloud-native applications, microservices, and AI-powered systems

· Establish and implement quality evaluation frameworks for AI agents and machine learning systems

· Prepare and configure test systems, test data, and test environments to support continuous testing across development lifecycle

· Organize and facilitate quality community initiatives, promoting best practices, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement across teams

· Own quality assessment metrics and reporting, providing clear visibility into product quality, test coverage, and release readiness

· Collaborate closely with developers, architects, product managers and other quality specialists to ensure quality is built into solutions from design through deployment

What You Bring

Required:

· Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field

· 5+ years of professional experience in quality assurance, test automation, or software development with strong testing focus

· Solid development background or extensive hands-on experience building test automation frameworks and scripts

· Expert-level proficiency with quality and testing frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or equivalent tools

· Strong programming skills in at least one scripting language (Python, JavaScript/TypeScript) for test automation development

· Deep understanding of software testing methodologies: unit testing, integration testing, system testing, regression testing, and performance testing

· Experience with CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated tests into continuous delivery workflows (Jenkins, GitHub Actions)

· Knowledge of API testing tools and techniques (REST, GraphQL)

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail

· Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal

· Proven ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple testing initiatives simultaneously

Preferred:

· Knowledge and practical experience with AI evaluation tools and frameworks for testing machine learning systems, LLMs, or AI agents

· Familiarity with prompt engineering and testing strategies for AI-powered features

· Experience with performance testing tools

· Knowledge of SAP technologies, enterprise systems, or experience testing complex business applications

· Background in security testing, penetration testing, or compliance validation

Where You Belong

You'll join a dynamic, international team united by a commitment to delivering high-quality enterprise solutions. You'll work alongside developers, AI

engineers, data specialists, and architects who value quality as a shared responsibility and recognize the critical role testing plays in successful product delivery.

We foster an environment where quality engineers are empowered to influence product design, advocate for testability, and drive meaningful improvements in how we build software. You'll find a supportive culture that values both technical excellence and continuous learning. If you're passionate about quality, excited by the challenge of testing AI and cloud technologies, and want to make a real impact on how global enterprises transform their businesses, this is the team for you.
