About the role
What you’ll be doing
- Support the successful delivery of strategic portfolios by aligning programmes, priorities and plans with business objectives.
- Provide portfolio insight, reporting and recommendations that help senior stakeholders make informed decisions and maximise delivery outcomes.
- Build strong relationships across the portfolio, working closely with delivery, commercial and PMO teams to drive effective collaboration and governance.
- Manage portfolio risks, issues, dependencies, roadmaps and KPIs, ensuring clear visibility of performance, milestones and delivery progress.
- Drive continuous improvement by enhancing ways of working, sharing best practice and supporting delivery excellence across the portfolio.
- Develop and maintain project and portfolio management processes, standards and tools, including Jira, to support effective governance and compliance.
Essential Skills / Experience
- Extensive project experience (process, methodologies, ways of working)
- Strong experience with Agile methodologies, and SCRUM framework
- Communicate/Influence effectively with senior stakeholders.
Desirable Skills / Experience
- Experience using data and analytics to generate meaningful insights, support decision-making, and improve portfolio performance.
- Change management / process improvement experience.
