Why this job matters?

The primary objective of this role is to capitalise on the market opportunities for our Microsoft portfolio within a designated territory. The aim is to increase market share and customer revenue by leveraging specialist technical expertise to enhance current customer investments into future revenue streams and secure new business.

What you’ll be doing

• Engage with customers and key stakeholders at all levels regarding their Microsoft needs, effectively communicating volume licensing programs.
• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft's purchasing processes and the licensing of on-premises products, Online Services, and Azure.
• Attend customer meetings and deliver presentations for NCE Licensing agreements.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound calls and emails, managing licensing queries and resolving issues related to license scenarios.
• Act as the main point of contact for Microsoft OAM.
• Possess a clear understanding of Software Product Usage rights and confidently communicate these.
• Oversee all logistics, administration, and coordination activities related to the Operations & Order Desk.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with Microsoft.
• Stay updated with Microsoft pricelists.
• Understand and perform detailed cost analysis for specific procurement models and solutions.
• Handle monthly reporting and processes associated with month-end routines.
• Mitigate risk and escalate issues promptly.

The skills you’ll need

• 3+ Years’ experience of Microsoft Licensing
• Accredited Microsoft Licensing Specialist (Get Licensing Ready)
• Experience in using Microsoft Portals
• Experience with managing licensing in Education as well as Corporate
• Experience of working in a large MS Reseller environment.
• Experience of selling complex Solutions to SME/ Mid – Market size customers
• Proven track record in an B2B sales role
