We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Scientist with expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI (GenAI) to join our dynamic team.

Position Overview


As a Senior Data Scientist with LLM/GenAI skills, you will play a critical role in advancing our AI capabilities and driving the development of innovative solutions that harness the power of language models and generative AI. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize AI models, ensuring they deliver actionable insights and tangible business value. Your expertise will be pivotal in shaping our AI strategy and contributing to the overall success of our AI initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI solutions

  • Conduct research and stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and natural language processing (NLP)

  • Develop and implement novel algorithms and models to solve complex problems and enhance our AI capabilities

  • Collaborate with data engineers, software developers, and product managers to integrate AI models into production systems

  • Perform data analysis and feature engineering to prepare datasets for training and evaluation of AI models

  • Optimize model performance and scalability through rigorous testing and tuning

  • Communicate findings and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • Mentor and guide junior data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of learning and innovation

  • Contribute to the development of best practices, coding standards, and documentation for AI projects

Qualifications

  • Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field

  • 5+ years of experience in data science, with a focus on NLP, LLMs, and generative AI

  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java

  • Strong experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers)

  • Nice to have: In-depth understanding of deep learning techniques and architectures (e.g., Transformers, RNNs, CNNs)

  • Proven track record of deploying AI models in production environments

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively and strategically

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences

  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with fine-tuning and optimizing LLMs for specific tasks and domains

  • Knowledge of ethical AI practices and the ability to implement fairness, accountability, and transparency in AI systems

  • Familiarity with A/B testing, experimental design, and statistical analysis

  • Publications or contributions to the AI/ML community through conferences, journals, or open-source projects
