What You'll Build

Join our mission to revolutionize enterprise data management through artificial intelligence. As part of our team, you'll work at the forefront of intelligent data transformation, helping enterprises transition from legacy SAP systems to modern cloud platforms with clean, reliable data. We're building the next generation of intelligent data management systems that analyze data quality, detect inconsistencies, and provide automated remediation recommendations - empowering businesses to make data-driven decisions faster and more accurately than ever before.

Your work will directly impact how organizations worldwide prepare for cloud transformations, particularly ERP to S/4HANA migrations. You'll be designing and developing AI-powered features that automatically detect data quality issues across enterprise applications, creating intelligent agents that continuously refine error detection and provide guidance, and building scalable ML pipelines that analyze data health through KPIs. Working with technologies at the intersection of cloud platforms, microservices, and artificial intelligence, you'll help transform data preparation from manual cleanup into a proactive, system-driven process that prevents migration issues before they occur.

Responsibilities

· Design and develop AI-powered features for enterprise data management applications, integrating advanced machine learning models and intelligent agents into production systems

· Build robust, production-ready applications using full-stack development approaches, ensuring seamless integration of AI capabilities with enterprise systems

· Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers, conducting code reviews, sharing best practices, and fostering technical growth within the team

· Collaborate with international team members, contributing to agile development practices and cross-functional initiatives

· Drive innovation by staying current with emerging AI/ML technologies, evaluating new frameworks and tools, and proposing improvements to existing solutions

· Ensure code quality and system reliability through comprehensive testing strategies, monitoring solutions, and CI/CD pipeline optimization

What You Bring

Required Experience & Qualifications:

· 5+ years of professional software development experience with demonstrated expertise in building complex, production-grade applications

· Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Framework ecosystem with deep understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and software architecture principles

· Solid background in full-stack development, capable of working across frontend and backend technologies to deliver end-to-end solutions

· Extensive experience with cloud platforms and cloud-native development, including containers, orchestration, and managed services

· Deep understanding of microservices architectures, including API design, service communication patterns and event-driven systems

· Strong knowledge of data engineering principles, including data pipelines, ETL processes, data modeling, and working with large-scale datasets

· Proficiency with DevOps practices and tools, including CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, monitoring, and automated testing

· Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with ability to tackle complex technical challenges and make sound architectural decisions

· Strong communication skills in English with ability to articulate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Nice to Have:

· Proven experience developing AI/ML solutions, including hands-on work with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn) and deployment of ML models in production

· Familiarity with MLOps practices and tools for model lifecycle management

· Experience building and deploying AI agents or intelligent automation systems

· Background in data science, statistics, or advanced analytics
