We're looking for a Sector CTO for Voice, Unified Comms / Contact Centre to join our Business CTO team. This is our most senior technical customer-facing role within Product, where you will define and drive technology contributions to some of our largest customers' objectives. This role supports our business by winning deals worth £20M+ through new business, account growth, and re-signing.

What you’ll be doing

  • Serve as a trusted technology advisor at CxO level across major global companies.
  • Influence technology strategies for our customers through thought leadership and deep practical experience.
  • Collaborate with Business customers and market-facing units to understand changing workplace environments and employee connectivity needs.
  • Work with OEM vendors, SaaS providers, mobile providers, and hyperscalers to assess the impact of their technology direction on our portfolio.
  • Define technical strategies for bid and account teams, providing insights and innovative solutions for Business bids.
  • Build relationships with senior leaders in our market-facing units to exploit our technology capabilities and support business objectives.

Who you are

  • Strong technical literacy in key technology stacks, including Microsoft, Cisco, Zoom, and other platforms used in our Digital Workplace portfolio.
  • Comprehensive understanding of cloud contact centre solutions and Next-Generation Contact Centre (NGCC) technologies, including those from Cisco, Genesys, Five9, Avaya, and others.
  • Inspiring multi-disciplinary leader with strong stakeholder management skills, especially at C-suite and senior levels.
  • Capable of managing complex technical, programmatic, and commercial challenges.
  • Experience with OEM, SaaS, hyperscaler, and 3rd party partners.
  • Certified Engineer status and/or recognition as a leading technology thought leader.
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent experience.
