Flexible Working
The BT group operates a 3 together, 2 wherever working model. This means you are required to be at your contractual location 3 days a week with 2 flexible days per week.

About the role

You'll join BT Consumer's Customer Loyalty & Rewards team, part of the Consumer Sales & Service organisation. This newly established operating model has been created to enhance EE's rewards proposition, delivering engaging experiences that encourage customers to explore, use and value the benefits available to them. The team plays a central role in driving customer engagement and loyalty through a combination of compelling content, personalised experiences and continual optimisation.

As a Content Editor, you'll be responsible for publishing, managing and enhancing content across EE Rewards experiences. Working closely with Content Designers, Product Owners, Developers and Commercial teams, you'll support the frequent content, merchandising and campaign updates needed to keep the proposition relevant, engaging and up to date. You'll ensure content is delivered accurately and efficiently across EE's digital channels while maintaining a strong focus on quality, accessibility and customer experience.

You'll act as a subject matter expert for content management and publishing, bringing strong technical expertise across content platforms and digital best practice. Through effective use of Adobe Experience Manager, testing, optimisation and data-driven decision making, you'll help create seamless customer experiences that make EE Rewards easy to find, understand and use. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing team and play a key role in shaping how millions of customers engage with EE's rewards proposition.

What you’ll be doing

  • Build, edit and publish content through Adobe Experience Manager and associated content management tools.
  • Support the delivery of regular rewards merchandising, campaign and proposition updates across EE's digital channels.
  • Ensure content is accurate, accessible, SEO-informed and aligned to EE's tone of voice and content standards.
  • Create and maintain structured content, including content models, fragments and reusable assets where required.
  • Use HTML and digital publishing best practice to maintain high-quality customer experiences.
  • Test content, investigate issues and work with developers and designers to resolve defects and improve performance.
  • Use analytics, customer insight and experimentation techniques to improve content effectiveness and customer outcomes.
  • Follow content governance, legal, regulatory and accessibility requirements throughout the content lifecycle.
  • Proofread and quality-check customer-facing content and digital experiences.
  • Share publishing expertise and contribute to continuous improvement of tools, processes and ways of working.
  • Provide occasional support for major launches and high-profile campaigns where required.

Essential Skills / Experience

  • Hands-on experience publishing and maintaining digital content within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or a comparable enterprise Content Management System.
  • Strong understanding of HTML, content publishing principles and digital content operations.
  • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality customer experiences.

Desirable Skills / Experience

  • Experience with Headless AEM, content models, content fragments or structured content environments.
  • Experience within loyalty, rewards, retail, membership or customer engagement propositions.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards, including WCAG and accessibility testing tools.
  • Experience using analytics, personalisation and A/B testing to optimise digital content.
  • Experience working in a regulated environment with strong content governance requirements.

EE is the UK’s largest mobile network and a core brand within BT Group’s Consumer unit. Many of our roles are employed by EE but work across a growing, multi‑brand Consumer environment – supporting customers across our family of brands, BT, EE and Plusnet.
