The BT group operates a 3 together, 2 wherever working model. This means you are required to be at your contractual location 3 days a week with 2 flexible days per week.

About the role

This is an opportunity to join EE's growing New Markets team and help shape the future of our Insurance and Security portfolio.

You'll support the commercial success of a range of products and services, helping to drive growth, optimise performance and deliver against ambitious business targets. Working across multiple teams, you'll use insight, analysis and commercial judgement to identify opportunities and improve business performance.

What you’ll be doing

  • Support the commercial performance of Insurance and Security products and services
  • Help deliver trading and performance plans that support growth and revenue targets
  • Analyse performance data and identify opportunities to improve commercial outcomes
  • Support the implementation of commercial initiatives and trading activities
  • Contribute to distribution and channel performance strategies
  • Build business cases and recommendations to support commercial decisions
  • Work with stakeholders across Commercial, Product, Marketing and Finance teams
  • Support governance, reporting and performance management processes
  • Help optimise customer, revenue and channel performance across the portfolio

Essential Skills / Experience

  • Experience analysing and improving commercial performance to deliver growth targets
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen with the ability to develop business cases and recommendations
  • Experience working collaboratively across teams to deliver change and improve business performance

Desirable Skills / Experience

  • Experience within telecoms, insurance, financial services or consumer technology
  • Commercial trading, category management or proposition management experience
  • Experience presenting recommendations to senior stakeholders
  • Knowledge of customer growth, retention and revenue drivers
  • Degree-level education or relevant professional qualification
