Why this job matters

As the Apple Mac Success Specialist, you’ll have a crucial role driving the sales and go-to-market strategies for BT Business using Apple products and solutions, with a critical focus on Apple Mac.

You’ll develop key relationships with Apple stakeholders and leverage specialist knowledge of Apple’s product portfolio. Your role will be pivotal in creating a new cross-functional virtual “Mac Success Team” to foster customer success and revenue growth.

What you’ll be doing

• Working with cross-functional stakeholders to help build a comprehensive Apple strategy for BT Business.
• Helping to landscape the customer base to determine the addressable markets for the Apple Mac portfolio in relevant vertical sectors.
• Mentoring sales team members to enhance their expertise and understanding of Apple products, facilitating deal qualification, and driving new business sales opportunities for Apple Mac.
• Maintaining technical expertise in the Apple portfolio to keep up to date with technology developments, market movements and competition.

What you'll bring

• Direct experience with Apple products, IT services, mobile telecommunications, or internet services.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to develop go-to-market strategies for Apple products and solutions, particularly Macs.
• Able to work in both a technical and sales setting and mentor sales team members to enhance their experience in Apple products, especially Macs.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to become a trusted technical adviser to facilitate deal qualification and drive new business sales opportunities for Apple Macs.
• A strategic thinker with strong planning and project management skills.
