What you’ll be doing

Reporting into the Head of Property Treaty, you'll lead and grow our international property treaty portfolio while helping shape how we build strong relationships across the market. You'll work closely with brokers and clients, spotting new opportunities and keeping our portfolio performing at its best. You'll bring insight, curiosity and a collaborative way of working as you explore new business, refine pricing approaches and help guide the wider team. You'll also play a key role in supporting planning, sharing market insight and helping us stay ahead of emerging trends.
