What you’ll be doing

We are on the lookout for an Unqork Development Lead – a strategic and technically excellent individual who will be instrumental in shaping the future of our processes using low/no-code paradigms. In this role, you’ll be driving the development and deployment of our strategic programs utilising the Unqork platform.

As our Unqork Development Lead, you’ll be shaping and nurturing a team of talented no-code developers, guiding them through the intricacies of the platform, fostering a culture that values innovation and quality at pace. You’ll be the technical expert leading the design and development of our Unqork applications, ensuring they are not just functional but also a perfect fit for our business needs.

You’ll work closely with various teams to transform complex business requirements and designs into streamlined scalable technical solutions. Your expertise will be pivotal in managing integrations with web services, including REST APIs, guaranteeing secure and efficient system connectivity.

Embracing the Agile methodology, you’ll oversee the project lifecycle, ensuring that each phase – from planning to deployment – is executed flawlessly. Your attention to detail will be vital as you produce and maintain comprehensive solution architecture documents.

As the owner of our production environments, you’ll tackle issues head-on, maintaining stability and efficiency. Your leadership will extend beyond problem-solving; you’ll drive continuous improvement, developing new standards and best practices for our Unqork Centre of Excellence.

In your interactions with stakeholders, you’ll use your excellent communication skills to provide strategic insights and effective updates.

We welcome everyone wholeheartedly

We’ve got a truly diverse, genuinely inclusive work environment. We comfortably and confidently bring our whole selves to work, because we know we’ll be respected, valued and accepted whoever we are. Our Employee Resource groups are safe spaces for people to share their experiences, aspirations, and suggestions about how we do things.
