Job Description

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager (Workday)

About Brit

At Brit, we believe that the uncertainty of the future should never stand in the way of progress. That’s why we exist. To help people and businesses face the future and thrive. We are change-makers enabled by a global workforce who collaborate to deliver a risk service. A team empowered to help our customers not only to survive the risks they face, but to stay on the front foot and keep moving forward. We believe the uncertainty of tomorrow isn’t something to fear but to seize; that it’s full of potential. Not only for our customers but our employees too.

We might write the future of risk for our brokers and clients, but we would love to help you write your future at Brit: a future based on not just progressing but on thriving – both professionally and emotionally. If you’re looking for a place to make a real difference read on.

What you’ll be doing

As a Senior Product Manager, you’ll work closely with the Head of Product to oversee and optimise the discovery and execution of our product squads and ensuring our Workday roadmap(s) are targeting the correct value in line with our wider strategy. You’ll support the running of our squads by working with product and delivery managers to encourage and collaborate on best practices for scrum / product delivery, increasing learning and development velocity. You’ll have overall accountability for prioritising “what” your team builds and “why” they build it, as well as the responsibility of defining experiments and research approaches that identify user needs and validate the impact.

Within this role, you’ll also analyse data and processes to support the engineers with requirements, and work with designers to ensure there is a shared vision for the user experience and that user stories are ready ahead of development starting. Through strong stakeholder relationships and your experience of the Lloyd’s market, you’ll take full responsibility for the product lifecycle, from ideation and discovery through to requirements gathering and delivery, working within established product delivery frameworks and teams.

If you are keen to bring your skillset to a flexible, fun, and passionate technology environment; then the role of Senior Product Manager at Brit is where you belong.

We welcome everyone wholeheartedly

We’ve got a truly diverse, genuinely inclusive work environment. We comfortably and confidently bring our whole selves to work, because we know we’ll be respected, valued and accepted whoever we are. Our Employee Resource groups are safe spaces for people to share their experiences, aspirations, and suggestions about how we do things.
