What you’ll be doing

As an Innovation Associate, you’ll be working closely with all members of the innovation team, Underwriters, Operations & Portfolio Management, and Tech & Data teams, to horizon scan the insurance market, undertake market research, identify nascent tech capabilities, and help shape horizons for Brit’s growth. You’ll help identify partnership and product opportunities, qualify partners and options, and help shape product delivery.

As part of the Innovation Team, you’ll work as part of the function who are responsible for supporting the creation and execution on new innovation initiatives, product development, and ad-hoc strategic projects; working with internal and external development teams to deliver exciting new products & services.

We are located in the Leadenhall Building on Leadenhall Street (EC3V 4AB) and are situated on floors 16 – 18, and 39. All of our floors are accessible by lift, and there are building staff on hand to point you in the right direction.

The closest train / underground / DLR links are: Liverpool Street Station (7 mins), Bank Station (6 mins), Fenchurch Street Station (6 mins), Aldgate Station (7 mins).

The nearest bus stop is St Mary Axe (Stop LR or Z), which is located just outside the building.
