How You'll Make An Impact:

As the Global Enablement Business Partner for our SDR (Sales Development Representative) organization, you will play a pivotal role in driving the effectiveness and efficiency of our SDR teams globally. This role requires a strategic thinker who can partner closely with SDR leadership to design, develop, and execute enablement programs that improve performance, accelerate pipeline generation, and optimize onboarding and continuous learning. You will be responsible for ensuring the SDR organization has the knowledge, tools, and resources necessary to succeed in their roles and contribute to the broader revenue goals of the company.

What You'll Do

  • Strategic Enablement Partner: Work closely with SDR leadership to identify performance gaps and opportunities, and design tailored enablement programs that drive results.

  • Onboarding & Role Mastery: Develop and deliver a comprehensive onboarding program for SDRs that accelerates time-to-productivity and sets new hires up for long-term success.

  • Sales Playbook Development: Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to create and maintain SDR playbooks, ensuring alignment with business objectives and up-to-date content on messaging, tools, and competitive intelligence.

  • Ongoing Training & Skill Development: Create and execute continuous learning programs to enhance SDR skills in prospecting, qualification, objection handling, and product knowledge.

  • Data-Driven Performance Optimization: Partner with RevOps to develop metrics and reporting to measure the impact of enablement programs, making data-driven adjustments to optimize performance.

  • Content & Tools Management: Ensure SDRs have access to the right content and tools (scripts, templates, etc.) at the right time, aligned with the latest messaging, product updates, and market shifts.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, sales, and product teams to align on initiatives, ensuring the SDR team is fully equipped to execute on current campaigns and go-to-market strategies.

  • Feedback Loop: Actively gather feedback from SDRs and managers to continually improve enablement initiatives and ensure they are addressing real-world needs.

  • Event Facilitation: Support the planning and execution of key SDR training events, such as SKO breakout sessions, regional training workshops, and ongoing coaching programs.

The Experience You Bring

  • Experience: 5+ years in sales enablement, sales training, or a related role, with experience supporting SDR or inside sales teams.

  • Sales Acumen: Strong understanding of the SDR role and how to develop training programs that drive pipeline generation and sales results.

  • Enablement Expertise: Proven ability to design and deliver impactful enablement programs, from onboarding through to continuous learning.

  • Data-Driven Approach: Experience using data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of enablement programs and optimize performance.

  • Collaboration Skills: Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, product, and other teams to align enablement efforts with business goals.

  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present and influence at all levels of the organization.

  • Project Management: Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and deliver on time.

  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and adjust quickly to changing priorities and business needs.

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and other enablement technologies.

  • Knowledge of the iPaaS industry or high-growth technology companies.

  • Experience in global enablement or working with distributed teams.

Boomi is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Base compensation for this position in our corporate headquarters in Conshohocken, PA ranges from $150,000- $175,000 This position is remote-friendly and, as such, final compensation will be determined by various factors including the candidate’s knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location.
