We are looking for a Senior Customer Marketing Advisor for our Customer Growth Programs, responsible for driving strategy and execution of lifecycle initiatives that accelerate customer adoption, engagement, and expansion. This role focuses on building scalable, data-driven programs that deepen product usage, identify growth opportunities, and improve overall customer value across the lifecycle.
What you'll Do:
- Own and evolve the customer growth marketing strategy focused on adoption, engagement, expansion, and retention
- Design and scale programs that drive measurable customer value and long-term revenue growth
- Develop sophisticated lifecycle campaigns grounded in customer behavior, usage signals, segmentation, and business priorities
- Lead expansion-focused strategies that unlock cross-sell, upsell, and deeper product adoption across accounts
- Shape and influence in-product and out-of-product engagement strategies to improve awareness, usage, and customer outcomes
- Translate company and product priorities into scalable, data-driven programs with clear success metrics and accountability
- Act as a key strategic partner to Marketing, Customer Success, Product, Product Marketing, and Operations to align on growth initiatives
- Leverage tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, Gainsight, and Pendo to design, execute, and optimize customer journeys
- Define and measure program performance, run experiments (including A/B testing), and continuously refine for impact and scale
- Build and institutionalize repeatable frameworks, playbooks, and best practices to elevate customer marketing maturity
The Experience You Bring:
- 6+ years of experience in customer marketing, lifecycle marketing, growth marketing, customer success, or post-sale customer engagement
- Proven track record of building and scaling customer programs that drive adoption, retention, and expansion in a SaaS or technology environment
- Experience operating at a strategic level while also being close enough to execution to drive outcomes
- Strong understanding of B2B SaaS lifecycle marketing, including segmentation, journey mapping, and performance measurement
- Demonstrated ability to influence and align cross-functional stakeholders in complex environments without direct authority
- Hands-on experience with platforms such as Salesforce, Marketo, Gainsight, Pendo, or equivalent tools
- Strong analytical and experimental mindset, with the ability to turn insights into actionable growth strategies
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
Compensation and Benefits
Boomi is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this role is $119,000–$149,000 CAD annually (inclusive of commission). Final compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, and geographic location.
