About this role

We are seeking a Product Owner who will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver innovative solutions. This role involves influencing without authority, building trust within the product team, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. You will act as the ambassador for the product, guiding development teams and stakeholders towards achieving outcome-driven goals

What you’ll do

  • Serve as the primary contact for all product-related queries internally and externally.
  • Define scope and create backlog items (epics, features, user stories) for agile development teams.
  • Provide vision and direction to development teams and stakeholders.
  • Identify user needs and translate them into business value.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage product releases.
  • Maintain a prioritised backlog of user stories ready for implementation.
  • Document business requirements and specifications for new products or processes.
  • Work closely with developers and UX designers to bring ideas from concept to product.
  • Solve product-related challenges and perform trade-off analysis to meet deliverables.

Who you are

  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent education.
  • Previous experience as a Product Owner 5 years above is a must
  • English fluency C1 is a must
  • Strong research, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Digital-first mindset with a passion for user-centred design.
  • Basic software development knowledge.
