About the Role:
As a Digital Content Developer and Curator, you will design and deliver outcome-focused eLearning and certifications that empower our partners to position, sell, and implement Boomi solutions. This role blends creative content development, LMS/Partner Portal management, and data-driven insights to ensure our learning content makes a real impact.

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Develop engaging eLearning solutions and certifications for partner enablement.
✅ Create, curate, and manage digital content using authoring tools, LMS, and partner portals.
✅ Collaborate cross-functionally to align learning content with business needs.
✅ Analyze content performance and generate actionable insights and reports.
✅ Continuously improve learning assets based on feedback and data.

What We’re Looking For:
✔️ 3–5 years of experience in instructional design, eLearning, or content development for global audiences.
✔ ️ Proficiency with eLearning tools (Articulate, Rise, Captivate, Camtasia, etc.) and LMS platforms.
✔️ Strong instructional design, multimedia, and content curation skills.
✔️ Analytical mindset to measure content impact (Excel, Power BI).
✔️ Excellent communication and collaboration abilities in global teams.
✔️ Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communication, or related fields.
