***Candidates based in EST or CST time zones are strongly preferred*** How you'll make an Impact: As the Manager of International Accounting, you will be a crucial part of our team, overseeing the timely and accurate reporting of our foreign subsidiaries in accordance with both US GAAP and local statutory requirements. What you'll do:

• Manage and coordinate international accounting, reporting and compliance activities with third party accounting services providers.
• Stay abreast of regulatory changes affecting international accounting.
• Management of US GAAP to STAT GAAP reconciliation.
• Support the month-end and year-end close processes to ensure timely reporting.
• Ensure compliance with transfer pricing policies and prepare related accounting entries.
• Collaborate with internal/external auditors as needed.
• Lead or participate in ad-hoc projects as needed.

The Experience you bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• Active CPA (or equivalent certification)
• 5+ years of accounting experience (preferably in the SaaS industry)
• Strong technical knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS
• Global/international accounting experience with diverse teams across different time zones
• Experience with transfer pricing documentation and accounting
• Ability to manage priorities effectively, ensuring key deadlines are met
• Experience in maintaining compliance with internal controls
• Successful implementation of financial reporting systems
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a larger team
• Advanced Excel proficiency
• Strong Project Management skills

Bonus points if you have:

• Working knowledge of NetSuite Multi-book Accounting and Workiva
• Public accounting experience

Boomi is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base compensation for this position in the US ranges between $109,372 - $164,058 USD annually + applicable bonus. This position is remote-friendly and, as such, final compensation will be determined by various factors including the candidate’s knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location.
