About the Role

Join our team as an Enterprise Account Executive for the UKI region and play a pivotal role in spearheading our business growth. You'll be at the forefront of our sales initiatives, tasked with the exciting task of bringing new enterprise customers on board. With a focus on the UKI market, you'll engage with some of the nation's most esteemed brands, crafting sales strategies and collaborating with our dedicated teams to deliver the full suite of Boomi products. This role is about more than just meeting targets; it's about building meaningful relationships, understanding client needs, and being part of a company that values your expertise and drive for results.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential enterprise clients within the UKI region, initiating contact to introduce Boomi products. Develop customized pitches and coordinate with internal teams to craft compelling proposals. Utilize social media and networking to generate leads, qualify them, and manage the sales pipeline for accounts $300M>$1 billion in revenue, with a focus on leading new business sales for the entire Boomi suite.
  • Achieve and surpass sales targets by securing new business within the UKI region, expanding Boomi's market share through the acquisition of new enterprise accounts. Implement strategic sales initiatives to maximize revenue opportunities and collaborate with marketing to develop campaigns that bolster revenue growth. Accurately forecast future sales and establish goals to maintain a trajectory of continuous revenue expansion.
  • Craft a comprehensive sales strategy tailored to the UKI region, staying ahead by analyzing market trends and identifying new business opportunities. Keep a vigilant eye on competitor activity to fine-tune strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Build and sustain robust relationships with enterprise clients, serving as their primary contact and advocate. Engage with clients regularly to collect feedback and understand their future business needs.
  • Lead contract negotiations with new enterprise clients, ensuring compliance with legal and finance teams. Negotiate pricing and payment terms in accordance with company policies. Finalize sales contracts that foster long-term partnerships.
  • Become a Trusted Advisor to your new customers understanding unique company challenges and goals.

Requirements and skills

  • Experience in selling SaaS or cloud-based solutions
  • 10+ years of Enterprise Sales experience in technology field sales.
  • Data Integration or similar domain experience required
  • 5+ years of experience creating and implementing long-term transformational account strategies in a customer-facing role.
  • Experience working with and presenting to C-level executives, IT, and lines of businesses across organizations.
  • Cross-functional selling experience (Architect, CTO, VP Ecommerce, Professional Services) and selling with GSI/SI.
  • Experience selling technical platform solutions and aligning technical solutions to business initiatives.
  • Experience using Salesforce, Clari, and MEDPPICC model preferred
  • Demonstrate track record of New Logo wins
  • Tireless passion for new business; thrives in the hunt!!
  • Ability to develop and deliver customized sales pitches
  • Skilled in lead generation through social media and professional networking
  • Expertise in analyzing market trends for strategic sales planning
  • Adept at engaging with clients for feedback collection and needs assessment
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in enterprise sales
  • History of securing new business and expanding market share within a designated region
  • Experience in leading successful contract negotiations resulting in long-term client partnerships

Compensation

Boomi is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The On Target Earnings (OTE) for this role are highly competitive (inclusive of commission).
