Boomi’s Revenue Enablement team is seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Enablement Admin to support the management and governance of employee-facing content within Highspot. This role will partner with global stakeholders to ensure content is well-organized, compliant with governance standards, and easy for employees to access and use.

This is a part-time role, ideal for someone with experience in content management systems and a strong eye for detail, process, and consistency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Management & Publishing
    • Support the publishing and maintenance of content in Highspot, ensuring alignment with governance policies and best practices.
    • Assist internal publishers with tagging, organization, and formatting for optimal usability.
    • Partner with the Office of the CEO to upload and manage executive communications content.
  • Governance & Compliance
  • Project-manage all stakeholders in quarterly governance reviews to identify outdated, duplicate, or misaligned content.
  • Provide feedback and partner with publishers to ensure adherence to Boomi’s governance framework.
  • Maintain version control and archiving standards.
  • Stakeholder Support
    • Act as a point of contact for content publishers, providing guidance and resolving issues related to Highspot usage.
    • Collaborate with the Enablement team and Head of Content Strategy to ensure consistent global content standards.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy new "Spots," "SmartPages," and sales plays.
    • Develop how-to guides for new and existing users on how to effectively use Highspot.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
  • Monitor and analyze platform usage, content engagement, and user adoption metrics.
  • Generate and deliver reports to leadership and stakeholders on the effectiveness of content and training.
  • Use data-driven insights to recommend improvements to content strategy, training programs, and platform configuration
  • Best Practices & Process Improvement
    • Apply Highspot best practices to enhance searchability, usability, and overall user experience.
    • Recommend improvements to content workflows and support ongoing process optimization.
    • Stay informed on Highspot's new features and functionalities and propose updates to enhance the platform's value.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience with Highspot or similar content management systems (CMS, SharePoint, Seismic, Google sites, etc.).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to enforce governance policies with consistency.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks in a remote, global environment.
  • Experience supporting executive communications or enablement teams preferred.
