Job Description

As a Tender Specialist, you will be responsible for leading tender submissions and supporting contract-related activities across Sweden and Finland. You will work closely with colleagues from Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Quality and Legal to ensure high-quality submissions that meet customer requirements and deadlines.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate tender processes from opportunity assessment to submission.
• Collect, review and compile commercial, technical and contractual documentation.
• Ensure compliance with tender requirements, internal processes and applicable regulations.
• Support contract administration and maintenance of agreement data in relevant systems.
• Analyse tender outcomes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external procurement organizations.

Preferred Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business or another relevant field
• Experience within tender management, bid coordination, public procurement or a similar project-driven role.
• Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• High attention to detail and a structured way of working.
• Comfortable working within processes, compliance requirements and regulated environments.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Fluent in English and Swedish.
• Finnish language skills are an advantage.
• Experience or interest in healthcare, MedTech or life sciences is highly valued.

For this position, the expected base salary ranges from SEK 43,000 to 47,000 per month, which is a more accurate reflection of the role than the broader salary band shown in the job advertisement. The package also includes additional benefits, including an annual bonus.
