  • Ensure digital platforms provide accurate, actionable insights that improve commercial decision making.
  • Partner with Analytics to create a connected view of marketing, customer, and business performance.

Technology & Vendor Leadership

  • Lead relationships with technology vendors, implementation partners, and platform providers.
  • Establish governance, accountability, performance expectations, and delivery standards.
  • Oversee platform enhancements and technology implementations while ensuring projects remain aligned with business priorities.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Partner across Marketing, Customer Experience, Enterprise Technology, Analytics, Sales, Finance, and Commercial Operations.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable digital solutions.
  • Serve as the trusted advisor on digital marketing technologies and commercial enablement.

Success Profile

The successful candidate is a strategic and commercially minded technology leader with deep expertise in marketing technology, digital platforms, CRM, automation, customer data, and analytics.

They bring a strong combination of technical knowledge, business acumen, and cross-functional leadership, enabling them to turn complex technology capabilities into measurable commercial outcomes.
