This is a structured week, with students spending Monday and Tuesday together taking part in team building exercises, site tours and visiting the simulator facility, before being assigned to one of the business function for two days of activities there. On Friday they will be back together to present what they have done and receive information on career opportunities with BAE Systems.

Applications to close approximately six weeks before the programme begins. However, they may close earlier if high volumes of applications are received – we recommend applying as soon as possible to avoid missing out.

Qualification requirements

This programme is for those 14 – 16 and in Year 10 or 11
