Job Description

Work Experience Bristol - 2026

MBDA are looking for students currently in Years 11 to 13 to come and join us for an exciting week of work experience at our Bristol site based in Filton!

What's the opportunity?

Work experience at MBDA is a fantastic way to consider your career choices. Designed with STEM students in mind, it will give you an insight into how an engineering company functions and the sort of work we do day to day.

Throughout the week students will have the opportunity to learn more about our company and the industry we work in by completing a week of activities, tours and lectures all based at our Bristol site. You'll be taking part in an exciting design project culminating in a mock customer presentation at the end of the week.

You'll also get the opportunity to get careers advice from current apprentices and graduates, who will give you an insight into our Early Careers schemes that includes Apprenticeship and Graduate programmes!

We’re committed to being an inclusive workplace and work experience can be the first opportunity for you to try a career that you may not have considered previously.

When will it take place?

Monday 16th February – Friday 20th February
