Job Title: Transport & Logistics Coordinator

Location: Barrow or Sheffield, Onsite – Friday is home working

Salary: £47,017+ (DOE)

What you’ll be doing:

In this role, you will oversee and monitor logistics transport activity, ensuring smooth movement of materials across UK and US operations. You’re tasked with coordinating daily shipments of raw materials and finished goods, keeping activity on track and resolving issues as they arise.

You’ll ensure shipping documentation is accurate and complete, maintaining precise records of all logistics actions and updating internal systems, including SAP. Taking charge of raise shipping orders through 3PL and 4PL stakeholder portals, supporting clear communication and consistent transport flow across the supply chain.

Core duties:

• You have proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• You have awareness of the latest commercial and/or technical developments in transportation domain
• You’re able to influence others to support reliable, consistent outcomes across transportation activities
• You will bring solid capability within transportation operations, supported by experience in warehouse environments
• You’re skilled in evaluating and interpreting data to identify root causes and guide well‑informed actions
