  • Provide day-to-day support to the project team, including coordination of business processes and administrative activities
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by resolving challenges, supporting colleagues and capturing and sharing lessons learnt

Essential Skills:

  • Experience working within a project controls environment
  • Good understanding of project management processes, governance and reporting
  • Ability to analyse and present data clearly to support decision-making
  • Experience of risk, issue and change management within a project setting
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and communication

The Project Management Team:

You’ll be joining a collaborative and supportive PMO team at the heart of the Ad Astra programme, working closely with stakeholders across Finance, Digital and the wider business. The team plays a central role in driving effective governance, reporting and coordination across a major finance transformation. Alongside the opportunity to contribute to high-profile delivery, you will be supported in your professional development, including the chance to work towards recognised project management qualifications, helping you to further build your capability and career within a dynamic programme environment.
