Job Title: Security Operations Manager

Salary: Circa £65k + depending on skills and experience

What you’ll be doing:

• Implementing security strategy, policies, and processes in alignment with the global security strategy for the assigned market or business area
• Leading and managing a team of security professionals
• Coordinating security activities, risk assessments, and management to identify, evaluate, and mitigate security threats to personnel, assets, and operations
• Ensuring security compliance and maintaining an assurance framework for assigned workstreams
• Supporting incident management, investigations, scenario testing, and the development of security plans in collaboration with the Head of Security

Your skills and experiences:

• Strong background in investigations, incident management and handling complex crimes
• Proven ability to work in and lead a team effectively, delivering security management and protecting high value assets
• Strong understanding of security risks and mitigation strategies
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management experience with the ability to build strong working relationships at all levels
• Degree in Security Management or equivalent professional experience
• Membership of a security institute is desirable, e.g., MsyI or ASIS
• CPP certification and/or CSMP certification and/or SRMC(A) certification is desirable
