Salary: From £35,802 depending on skills and experience

What you’ll be doing:

  • Assisting in the development, continuous improvement and roll out of processes, procedures and working agreements with focus on information sharing
  • Engaging and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
  • Facilitating process development/mapping activities and workshops
  • Ensuring that processes comply with legal and contractual requirements
  • Providing and Presenting reports etc. in support of process development activities.
  • Supporting Data Management and Quality exercises

Your skills and experiences:

Essential:

  • Demonstrated experience within a Project Management role
  • Stakeholder engagement and management experience
  • Data Management experience

Desirable:

  • Experience using JIRA and Confluence toolsets
  • Professional Project Management qualification

The Information Knowledge Management Team:

This is a fantastic opportunity to join the Information Knowledge Management Team (IKM) supporting the SSNA and Dreadnought Programme. The purpose of the IKM team is to deliver a multi-year roadmap of enterprise capability improvements to support a timely Dreadnought Transition to Service and ensure Dreadnought is ready for patrol. This role has a special focus on the Integrated Work Arrangements (IWAs) between BAES and their Industry Partners, as well as the Alliance. You will be joining a high performing team that has seen a great expansion over the years. Previously focused on the Astute and Dreadnought programmes, and following this success are now beginning to support with SSNA due to growth and demand.

This role will provide excellent development and progression opportunities. There will also be the opportunity and encouragement to take relevant training courses in order to enable further development. The IKM team shares common aspirations to focus on our people and our customers, deliver continuous improvement, drive for operational excellence and deliver capabilities which benefit all Programme Stakeholders for many years to come.
