Role Description:

The role requires understanding deliverables, identifying and managing dependencies across the wider business, supporting workload sequencing, and capturing risks and issues using appropriate tools. The candidate will monitor performance against spend, intervene when needed, and report progress and achievements within Advanced Aerostructures and beyond. They will collaborate with the integration team to share best practices, drive improvements, and exploit ETMS methods to enhance delivery performance. Additionally, the role involves leading a sub-team within Engineering Integration, supporting Junior Engineers and early careers through development plans, performance objectives, and PDRs, while ensuring clear communication, alignment, and consistent delivery of high-quality outcomes overall..

Core Duties:

Essential:

  • Highly regulated industry experience (military, engineering competitor, rail etc)
  • Highly skilled in all MS office programmes
  • Engineering integration/management
  • Qualified to degree level in a STEM or related subject or suitable equivalent industry experience
  • Experienced in people performance/team leadership

The Team:

Opportunity for a Senior Integration Engineer within Advanced Aerostructures Europe & International Programmes. The role involves leading and coordinating multiple engineering tasks across Air Vehicle teams, ensuring successful delivery and meeting programme commitments to customers.
