  • Own and report on business benefit realisation, ensuring outcomes align with agreed objectives, benefits frameworks and KPIs
  • Work with key stakeholders to define, shape and agree project benefits and establish robust benefits management plans
  • Establish and lead change networks and change champion programmes to drive engagement, adoption, manage change resistance and sustain behavioural change
  • Ensure business change management is consistently embedded, delivered and assured across all project activity using appropriate and standardised approaches
  • Drive the implementation and adoption of new systems, technologies and ways of working across the organization
  • Support the Portfolio Business Change Manager, including deputising at key meetings and acting as a point of contact for the team in their absence

Essential Skills:

  • Relevant Business Change qualification (e.g. APMG, PROSCI or CMI)
  • Demonstrable experience in Business Change, including knowledge of change management methodologies and frameworks
  • Experience delivering change within enterprise-wide IT transformation programmes
  • Ability to lead and deliver business change activities across high to very high complexity projects
  • Effective stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, including working with senior stakeholders
  • Ability to assess, create and provide clear guidance and direction on business change activities

The Business Change Team:

You will join an established team of Business Change professionals, delivering end-to-end change management support across enterprise technology programmes.
