Job Title: HR Systems Solution Architect

Location: Frimley or Preston. We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements – please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role.

Salary: £83,000+ depending on experience

What you’ll be doing:

  • Developing and maintaining the overall architecture for HR technology systems, ensuring alignment with the organisation’s business goals
  • Designing and supporting implementation of solutions that integrate various HR technologies (e.g., HRIS, talent management systems, learning platforms, benefits platform) into a cohesive, streamlined HR ecosystem
  • Evaluating and supporting selection of technology vendors and HR systems, ensuring they meet business requirements, compliance standards, and technical specifications
  • Serving as the technical expert and liaison between HR, IT and external vendors, translating business needs into technical solutions
  • Creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation related to HR technology architecture, systems, integrations, and processes
  • Provides advice, guidance and experience to promote adoption of methods and tools and adherence to policies and standards
  • Leading work groups to resolve issues over a more extended period (weeks/months) and will carry out resource and milestone planning
  • Providing junior team members with mentoring and coaching guidance as needed

Your skills and experiences:

Essential:

  • Knowledge of HR technology platforms, including HRIS, ATS, performance management systems, learning management systems, as part of SAP suite of solutions
  • Proven experience in system architecture and design, including experience integrating multiple HR systems and third-party applications
  • Experience in cloud-based HR technologies, the associated security and data protection considerations
  • Experience of working in an IT Function
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, HR Information Systems, or related fields (or equivalent)

Desirable:

  • Familiarity with advanced HR technologies such as AI-based talent analytics, workforce planning tools, automation, and digital assistants for HR services
  • Certifications in HR technologies (E.g.: SAP suite) and/or project management methodologies
  • Familiarity with HR IT trends and good practice
