Job Description

Job Title: HR – People Insights Lead

Location: Warton, Hybrid – Minimum 3 days per week on site

Salary: £56,766+ (DOE)

What you’ll be doing:

  • You will Support the creation of dashboards, reports and visual insights that translate highly detailed HR data into clear, actionable information, ensuring outputs meet both operational and strategic needs
  • Provide high‑impact interpretative input to workforce planning, people strategy and organisational projects, shaping future business direction and supporting strategic trade‑offs
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with HR, Finance and business leaders, confidently eliciting requirements and influencing priorities across multiple groups
  • Prepare and deliver high‑impact insight briefs and recommendations to senior leaders, shaping strategies through robust evidence, trend analysis and forward‑looking interpretation
  • Coach and develop a team of HR data analysts, fostering technical excellence, analytical maturity and a continuous‑improvement mindset
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and deploy automation or new tools that enhance efficiency, accuracy and scalability of HR data products

Your skills and experiences:

Essentials:

  • Experience of BI toolsets (Tableau, Power BI)
  • Demonstrates knowledge across strategic HR subject areas relevant to strategic workforce and people analytics
  • Understands the complexities, risks and sensitivities of the business area supported and adapts insights accordingly, including the strategic and financial implications of people insights
  • Experience eliciting business requirements, translating into effective analytical solutions and delivering within expected timescales and budget
  • Experience in people analytics, HR reporting or related data disciplines

The Air Resource Cell Team:

The team delivers high-quality data visualisations and insight products that support strategic, evidence-based decision-making across the organisation. The team translates multi-faceted people data into clear, meaningful outputs that inform senior stakeholders and shape workforce strategy.

Working closely with Centres of Excellence, the team ensures alignment with functional priorities while continuously enhancing analytical capability. Leading a small team of three analysts, this function plays a key role in strengthening people insights, enabling informed planning, and supporting organisational performance through data-driven understanding.
