Job Title: Head of HR Data Management

Location: Frimley, but options for other locations are available. We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements – please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role.

Salary: £85,000 to £90,000 dependent on skills and experiences plus executive benefits

What you’ll be doing:

  • Being responsible for driving/ leading People data management activities across the Enterprise
  • Implementing robust data management through a focus on our data architecture, culture, health & governance
  • Identifying, addressing, and continually improving the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of data, thereby enhancing decision-making capabilities across the Function
  • Influencing the business approach to accessibility, retrievability and protection of data. Understanding the relevant organisational policies and procedures and operates to ensure the data is presented effectively
  • Defining the data technology architecture, including metadata, integration and business intelligence or data warehouse architecture across Function
  • Defining and governing the functional Digital Thread to ensure appropriate access, utilisation, connectivity and exploitation of our data
  • Advising functional transformation and change programmes on data considerations and provide independent review

Your skills and experiences:

Essential:

  • Significant experience in Data Management
  • Demonstrates leadership in organisational management
  • Creatively applies a wide range of innovative and/or management principles to realise business benefits aligned to the organisational strategy.
  • Communicates authoritatively at all levels across the organisation to both technical and non-technical audiences articulating business objectives

Desirable:

  • Relevant IT degree or business degree, experience in people management position
  • DAMA Certified Data Management Professional

The HR Information Management and Technology team:

As the Head of HR Data Management, you will establish new guidelines, policies, and methods of operation, integrating them into the company, and introducing best practices. You will build and improve skills that can be used in a variety of intricate, high-value, and strategically significant data projects, programs, and portfolios.
