Job Description

Job Title: Change and Training Lead

Location: Portsmouth Naval Base – We offer a range of flexible working arrangements – please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role

Salary: Circa £42,340 (dependent on skills and experience)

What you’ll be doing:

  • Responsible for the overall management and delivery (virtual/F2F) of change and training activities in a project environment
  • Analysing and gathering business requirements for training aligned to project plans: TNA, curriculum, training plan, training tracker/burn down and ELS/support process
  • Analysing and gathering business change requirements aligned to project plans: high/low level change impact assessments, change action plans, change networks, communication plans
  • Communicating and leading multi-level stakeholder engagement: senior managers, directors, end users, the project team and functional consultants
  • Facilitate and lead process optimisation workshops and end-to-end walk throughs with the business areas.
  • Support the Business Capability programme and Defence Solutions delivery streams in the adoption of new or upgraded capabilities
  • Provide support to end users in the adoption of new/changed capabilities including workshops, floor walking, and deep dives

Your skills and experiences:

  • Extensive experience of SAP
  • University level education or professional qualifications gained through industry
  • Experienced professional with extensive knowledge of the tools, techniques, practices, processes, systems within Training and Change Management
  • Strong understanding of business and project environments, combined with technical aptitude in Business and IT systems
  • Ability to persuade and influence internal and external stakeholders is advantageous
