Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the safe and efficient execution of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities across terminal facilities and infrastructure
- Ensure all maintenance and breakdown response activities meet safety, regulatory, and APMT global standards
- Develop and implement maintenance strategies aligned with Global Asset Maintenance requirements
- Manage breakdowns and prioritize corrective actions using a structured and risk-based approach
- Deliver against KPIs and budgets for facility maintenance and infrastructure projects
- Coordinate and manage contractors, vendors, and outsourced service providers
- Ensure accurate reporting of maintenance KPIs, performance metrics, and issue management systems
- Drive continuous improvement of maintenance strategies, processes, and operational performance
- Maintain asset integrity through effective inspection, predictive maintenance, and lifecycle planning
- Plan and optimize resource allocation, work scheduling, and spare parts management
- Develop team capability, ensuring the right skills, competencies, and succession planning are in place
- Monitor maintenance costs and implement actions to control and optimize spend

- Hold a university degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related discipline
- Have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in asset maintenance or facility management within an operational environment
- Demonstrate strong leadership and ability to motivate and develop multi-disciplinary teams
- Show solid understanding of maintenance planning, inspection methods, and infrastructure management principles
- Bring strong planning, scheduling, and problem-solving capabilities with a structured approach to execution
- Have experience working with maintenance systems, data tools, and reporting frameworks
- Demonstrate strong stakeholder management skills in a service-oriented environment
- Communicate effectively in English (written and verbal), with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders
- Show high levels of discipline, quality awareness, and accountability in execution
- Be comfortable working in a multicultural, diverse, and operationally complex environment
