We are currently looking for a new team member to support the Corporate Law Team with administrative task as well as more corporate law related tasks.
The role would suit a person who just graduated from law school.

You will be joining Corporate Law & Special Projects, a team in Copenhagen, The Hague and Mumbai. This role offers:
A 1‑year fixed‑term contract, ideal for gaining strong entry-level corporate legal experience
A full‑time position based on‑site at our office in The Hague, with global exposure and daily collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders across the Maersk organisation

You will report to the Manager Corporate Governance & Compliance.
Key responsibilities:
You will be supporting the Corporate Law Team with a large variety of legal and administrative tasks such as:
Proactively identify and address corporate legal issues in a pragmatic and risk-based manner
Reviewing and drafting corporate law documents
Register changes with the Dutch Trade register.
Update and maintenance of Ultimate Beneficial Owner documentation.
Performing day-to-day transactions and ad hoc tasks.
Collection of signatures.
Notarization/legalization of documents.
Support in collection of tender documentation
Scan and forwarding of documents.
Providing administrative support.

The ideal candidate will be a service-minded team player, who works in a meticulous and systematic manner.
You:
You are pro-active, well organized and have an ability to keep a clear mind in a busy and dynamic environment.
Being able to perform detailed work accurately and within agreed deadlines
Have a good working knowledge of Microsoft365, (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams)
Able to work independently, yet are also team-oriented, collaborate efficiently with an ability to value a diverse and geographically dispersed team
Have excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and in writing
Can handle multiple, simultaneous tasks effectively and efficiently
Can prioritize tasks for timely adherence to deadlines.
Positive attitude towards ownership of issues.
