Job Description
Circa £50,000 - £55,000 (Dependant on Skills & Experience)
Permanent /Full-time / 37 hours per week (Flexible working opportunities are available)
Huntingdon / Hybrid (2-3 Days in office per week)

As a PMO Manager, you will play a central role in programme governance, control, and reporting. You will support the Programme Readiness Lead and programme leadership team to ensure high-quality delivery, strong governance, and effective stakeholder engagement across a large-scale, cross-functional transformation environment.
What you'll be doing
• Programme plan management, standards, governance and escalation
• Facilitate programme change control and RAID management
• Prepare and deliver internal and external programme performance reporting
• Manage programme governance processes and associated tooling
• Coordinate external assurance engagements and AW Quality Gate submissions
• Liaise with stakeholders to communicate progress and track actions
• Support risk assessment and build confidence in delivery timelines
• Develop programme templates, standards and reporting frameworks
• Manage SharePoint repositories and programme documentation
• Coach project teams on governance, documentation, and PMO best practice
• Analyse resource and delivery plans to maximise delivery outcomes
• Manage onboarding activities for programme resources
What we’re looking for
• Project management qualification or PMO experience
• Strong understanding of programme governance and delivery methodologies
• Experience analysing complex datasets and producing clear reporting
• Skilled in RAID management and change control
• Experience coordinating governance forums and assurance activity
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing ability
• High proficiency in MS Office, MS Project and SharePoint
• Ability to coach others and drive adherence to standards
