Your Tasks

• Als Pflichtpraktikant (m/w/d) bist du von Tag eins an ein vollwertiges Mitglied unseres HR-Teams. Du schnupperst nicht nur Kaffeeduft, sondern übernimmst direkt echte Verantwortung. Neben der Unterstützung im Tagesgeschäft gehört dir ein eigenes, wichtiges Projekt, das du selbstständig vorantreibst.
  
• Du übernimmst die eigenverantwortliche Gestaltung und Optimierung unserer HR-Prozesse sowie den Aufbau und die Pflege unserer HR-Wissensdatenbank. Damit schaffst du echten, nachhaltigen Mehrwert für das gesamte Team.
  
• Du arbeitest unseren HR Representatives im operativen Tagesgeschäft zu und unterstützt sie aktiv bei der Betreuung der Mitarbeiter sowie administrativen Aufgaben.
  
• Du begleitest unsere Recruiting-Aktivitäten, unterstützt beim Bewerbermanagement und erhältst spannende Einblicke in den gesamten Auswahlprozess.
  
• Ob Verträge, Bescheinigungen oder die Pflege von Personalstammdaten - du hältst uns im Hintergrund den Rücken frei.
  

What we look for

• Mindset: Du bist immatrikulierte/r Student/in (Wirtschaft, Psychologie, HR oder vergleichbar) und brennst für People-Themen und die digitale Arbeitswelt.
  
• Skill: Du bist ein Organisationstalent mit einem Auge fürs Detail, verlierst Deadlines nicht aus den Augen und arbeitest gerne eigenständig.
  
• Communication: Dein Deutsch ist exzellent (C1/C2), Dein Englisch fließend. Vor allem aber: Du bist kommunikativ, empathisch und schaffst es, Menschen zu begeistern.
  
• Tool-Affinität: Du gehst sicher mit MS Office um und bringst idealerweise erste Berührungspunkte mit LinkedIn Recruiter oder ähnlichen Sourcing-Tools mit.
  
• Pluspunkt: Erste Erfahrung in einem Unternehmenskontext (z.B. als Werkstudent/in) ist toll, aber Deine Motivation zählt mehr.

Our Recruitment Process

In the majority of cases, the stages will be:

• A Recruiter reviews your application.
  
• You will be contacted and/or interviewed by a Recruiter.
  
• An interview with the Hiring Manager will be scheduled.
  
• If needed, a last interview with the Hiring Team will be scheduled.
  
• The Hiring Team decides on the final candidate.
