Qualification & Experience:
1+ years of leading IT projects experience, complex & critical stakeholder management, negotiation skills & project leading capabilities.
Engineering graduate with 4-6 years of total experience in engineering software applications (Design, development, infrastructure setup, support etc).
Good understanding of full stack development on Python & Angular, Responsive Web Design using HTML5, CSS3, JS (tool set usage of backend & frontend)
Experience in designing and implementing Single Page Application
Experience in designing and building complex IT systems on Cloud (AWS, Open Shift, GCP).
Ability to think and develop solutions to leverage sustainable IT by design.
Experience in reading and writing technical documentation
Good problem solving and analytical skills
Customer facing skill
Good to have Experience:
Knowledge on Cloud by design, Cybersecurity is preferred.
Knowledge of building core solutions with an emphasis on Database, Data Lakes etc.
Awareness on SDLC (product delivery lifecycle) , software quality management awareness & ITSM
Strong understanding of technical concepts, application frameworks & design principles.
Knowledge on CICD, DevOps, Jenkins, Kubernetes, Docker, Containerization & orchestration is desirable
Lead high quality, enterprise scale software products teams
Drive technical discussions and explain options/choices to technical and non-technical audience
Awareness on working in Agile Scrum and/or Kanban projects
Responsibilities
Lead the team & IT projects from development & quality perspective
Drive technical & functional discussions and explain chosen options and strategies
Work with stakeholders to understand the Architecture of existing/new applications.
Estimate & optimise products cost
Coach the team, share knowledge & teach best practices
Lead the team towards a successful product delivery.
Ability to understand customer’s expectations and communicate the technical aspects/decisions to the customer in an understandable way.
ITSM Process Governance : Drive and oversee the Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes to ensure minimal service disruption and high availability
Operational Innovation : Identify manual "toil" in operational workflows and propose/implement automated solutions (e.g., scripting, AI-driven monitoring).
Technical Liaison : Act as the primary bridge between the development teams, stakeholders, and business units to translate technical requirements into actionable plans.
Designing, suggesting & getting the architecture of highly available, scalable, maintainable, monitored applications (frontend & backend) for business needs both On Premise and Cloud(AWS, GCP, Open Shift) completed
Designing cloud & on-premise solutions architecture. Implementing database per cloud computing design, architectures and data lake.
Respect GDPR & Export Control rules on data constraints while designing/proposing the database architecture.
Ensure that security and network compliance rules are respected
Ability to “broadcast” & explain ideas and present architecture to relevant business and stakeholders
Understand business processes and technical architecture
Ensure quick incident and problem treatment
Reproduce incidents, perform root cause analysis on code and solution proposal
Identify possibilities for performance improvements
Excellent communication skills as required to engage customers on requirements and delivery
Good problem solving and analytical skills
